What is Cosmetic Tattooing?
Cosmetic tattooing involves the application of pigments to the eyebrows or lips using various techniques to enhance their shape, fullness and definition, providing a long-lasting and low-maintenance solution to sparse or uneven brows, or undefined, colourless lips.

What to expect
Step 1 – Let’s talk
When you arrive at the clinic for your initial appointment we will go through an in depth consultation where Renata will discuss with you:
- your goals, skin type, and desired results;
- your medical history to ensure there are no contraindications;
- the process of your selected tattoo treatment as well as the styles we offer, colour options, etc;
- pre-appointment preparations, such as avoiding sun exposure, chemical peels, or retinol in the days leading up to the session;
- what to expect after your tattoo has been completed, and your aftercare.
Step 2 – Preparation for treatment
- We assess your facial features, bone structure, and skin tone to determine the ideal shape and color, then design a style to suit you best.
- We help you choose pigment colors based on your natural skin tone and hair color (for brows) or lip tone (for lips).
- Once you have decided on the style, we will map the area (for brows we will also wax anything outside of the mapping). Once you are happy to proceed we will then begin the first session.
Step 3 – The treatment, where the magic happens.
- We will pre-numb the tattoo area for 20 to 30 minutes prior to taking you through to the tattoo room.
- During the treatment we follow the previously designed shape, working carefully and precisely.
- We regularly check in with you to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with the progress.
Step 4 – Aftercare and follow-up
- You will take home an aftercare kit with all information you need to look after your brows. It is crucial to follow all the instructions to achieve the best results.
- In 5-8 weeks time you will return again for your follow-up appointment. During this session Renata will go over the tattoo once more to lock in the colour. During this session you can also request minor adjustments to the shape and colour if required.

This technique is created with a digital machine and designed to implant pigment throughout the brow in order to create a soft powder finish. If you love the way your brows look after tinting/henna or with a little bit of brow powder/pencil then this technique is perfect for you!

Combo Brows combine nano stroke ( hair- like strokes) and powder shading for a natural yet defined eyebrow look.

Colour Boost (for existing clients)
Colour boosts are essential for the best results in permanent makeup treatments as they help maintain the vibrancy and longevity of the pigments over time, ensuring that the makeup remains fresh and well-defined. With exposure to the sun, natural fading, and the body’s gradual absorption of pigment, color boosts serve to refresh and intensify the color, preserving the desired look.
You may need one session but this depends on how faded your brows are. Renata will be able to advise you.
